Poor Customer service - Felt unwelcomed. I got to know about this hotel from my friend. I was excited to experience the taste here. However, as expected there was waiting in the hotel. It was around 10 pm. I enquired the staff regarding waiting time. Now in this case majority hotels generally lie saying 10-15 mins so that they dont lose out the customer. But we though expect honesty. To our surprise, the manager here told us maybe 30 mins…then told no maybe 45 mins to 1 hr as well possible…Clearly it was on his face that please leave it will be our closing time soon and I never felt such unwelcomed in my life…He wanted to just get rid of us….This is what generally happens when owner is not around…The disgust we all could see on the face of the manager…My parents were instantly pissed off and were not in any mood to have dinner here….Well I believe its a lesson to owner as well…If your staff doesnt want customers…here it is..you lost one that day for a lifetime…and naturally I wont be recommending this restaurant to anyone. PS - We were really excited to have sea food here due to reviews from my friend…but now I do not regret not having food in this restaurant for the lifetime…The only reason is that I felt unwelcomed. The long waiting lines outside this restaurant always amused us. Yesterday, we got a chance to enter without any que.

Sitting positions / benches here are a little compromised / heighted & uncomfortable due to small restaurant size. AC was good enough to chill you in scorching summer.

We ordered fish thalis and Bombil fry. Surmai was tasty, and Bombil fry was little oily. The quantity of rice provided with each thali was so less that we had to order another plate for which separate charge of Rs. 40 was added in bills. Fish curry had no taste and was missing a small piece of fish used in curry (provided in other similar types of restaurants).

Serving (only 1) & Support staff (mostly standing outside) were busy with takeaway orders and people waiting outside. Never asked if we needed anything extra & severed water only once after fish...
