De Aura - Global Dining and Bar — Restaurant in Thane

De Aura - an odd location with (mostly) exquisite food and a modern vibe. A restaurant which exceeded my expectations overall.

Starting with the ambience - this bar/restaurant boasts a modern, chic atmosphere. Dim lighting, paired with the colourful, typical moving lights and loud music creates a bar-type vibe which stays true to the restaurant itself.

The food is amazing! The restaurant, considering how most of these types of restaurants typically focus more on the music and less on the food, exceeds expectations and stays true to the "global" aspect of its name. I highly recommend the Teppanyaki Rice, and a Charcoal and Gold Dust Chicken Dumpling (which was off the menu, but suggested to us by our server). The only thing that almost crashes this exciting ride was the Jamaican-fusion style Chicken, which I failed to understand, since it was in no way Jamaican, and unsatisfyingly sweet. On the other hand, the other dishes we ordered were gratifying and delectable.

The service is also great here - we were suggested things off-menu, and (most of) whatever was suggested to us was fantastic - which is a huge plus since it implies the servers are well versed with the food and suggest appropriate dishes which are satusfying and tasty.

Overall, a great vibe, loud music, memorable food and good service.

I recently celebrated my 8-year-old daughter's birthday at Hotel De Aura Dining in Thane, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the last-minute requests, the team went above and beyond to make her day special.

The decorations and video playback on screen during the cake-cutting ceremony were beautifully arranged, making my daughter feel like a princess. The staff's hospitality was marvelous - courteous, quick, and professional.

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was vibrant, with great music and a happening nightlife. The kids-friendly environment made it perfect for families, while also catering to couples. The private spaces for dinner and dance added to the charm.

Special thanks to Varun for his exceptional service, making my daughter's birthday truly unforgettable. Our guests enjoyed every minute, and we danced the night away, laughing and creating memories.

The management's attention to detail ensures a fantabulous experience for all. I highly recommend Hotel De Aura Dining for any special occasion. It's a must-visit to make your moments more memorable!

Finding De Aura is a bit like finding a needle in a haystack—the sharp turn after the petrol pump had us scratching our heads, but thank goodness for their clear signboards that saved the day!

Nestled in a warehouse-style area, the vibe is industrial-chic with a party twist.

The ambience is electric—perfect for letting your hair down with pulsating music and dazzling lights, though families might find it a tad overwhelming if they’re not in the mood to dance the night away.

Now, let’s talk about the stars of the show: the Crispy Chicken Popcorn is an absolute showstopper—tangy, crunchy, and finger-licking good. Paired with the cocktail "Something is Old," which packs a sweet yet punchy wallop, it’s clear the kitchen and bar know their stuff.

That said, the menu could use a little TLC—ours was sticky and had seen better days, which was a bit of a fly in the ointment.

On the bright side, the staff were the salt of the earth—polite, attentive, and always ready to help.

Valet parking is the cherry on top, making the experience hassle-free.
