It's very sad to an international brand drop it's service standards to the level that I experienced today. Tried placing a working lunch order for our clients. For starters I am told that the delivery staff will not be able to carry an card swipe machine as they did not have a wireless device. I said fine, and the explanation was understandable. So I visited the store where my service experience reached an all-time time low. Unhygienic outlet was a starter. The staff asked me to place the order on the app.. I was if that's what had to be done, why would I come to the store. When asked why they would not take my order (over the counter) the response was that they are busy receiving the raw material. I am like wow, customer does seem as important. Then I download the app, place the order but it would not go through due to some error. Tried twice and still no luck. When I shared the issue with the counter staff the store manager (guess that's what he was) says the issue must be at your end. When asked can you assist, he insisted that I have to place the order on-line. The clear disinterest in assisting me made me upset. I was wondering if the store cannot take an order why was it even open. When I expressed my unhappiness on what was happening, instead of empathy what I got was reasons like , the staff who takes order is not yet in, we are getting other order's, the issue is at your end etc... I at this point was infuriated and warned him that he's pushing me to escalate the issue. He was like you are making an issue out of nothing. All I needed was help with placing an order....He kept insisting that I am wrong but did not take the order. That's when a reportee of his asked him to step back and offered to take my order. Order was eventually taken, payment swipe attempted . But she now could not complete the transaction because the swipe machine was low on battery. She now offered me to proceed to my office and she'll send the swipe machine alongwith the delivery. Exactly what I was denied when I first contacted them. Eventually order was delivered , card was swiped and later told the final bill (with GST details) was not ready. So I either wait or go to the store again. Phase 2 was the manner in which the order was delivered. The toppings of 2 of the 4 Pizzas were stuck to the top of the Pizza box. Delivery person expressed sorry and left. He promised me that I will receive the final bill on WhatsApp or someone from store will come and deliver. Since it was an official meal and I needed the final invoice copy. I decided to wait. No response till 4, that's when I decided to go back to the store. Only to see the bill was not yet printed. The store manager then scrambled to get me the final bill. I never thought placing an order at Domino's had a clip side experience. No new orders from me for sure. This outlet is a low service outlet with zero intrest in its customers. Why was the card machine not arranged at point 1. If it's a company policy how did it happen the second time.

1- Delayed Service- Taken almost 45 minutes to deliver order.
2- Wrost Pizza- A: Bad Toppings B: Un-cooked pizza
3- Wrost Garlic Bread. A- Un-puffed B- Burnet
4- Misguiding Customer- On filing Complain via delivery boy, Any person I think any Employee or trainee telling himself as Shift Manager.
5- On complain asking for specific service that also unable to provide.
6- No one Picking call on given online number of store.
7- Domino's self start stopped customer care number same is not easy to found on his App.
8- Domino's started taking wrong advantage of Covid-19 and where most of dine in is open same remain closed as well stopped 30 minutes guaranty and same you can see post ordering only till that no notification.
9- Domino's applying simple formula give bad or good service if any complain will come so they will replace pizza rest money saved. So may be in 50 order only max 1 people will file complain and that too just on phone.
Question to MK Plaza Domino's and Domino's India: When you are cooking pizza, Garlic bread and other stuff then why you are not checking quality. What manager and other staff doing if they don't know what is good look of there product.
Why product is not rejected if checked same is bad.
If due to to wrong and un-cooked pizza anyone get sick like stomach ache and start facing serious issue so who is responsible.
My Point Asking To Domino's : 1- Why so lengthy process to file complain. Is all categories of customers able to follow such long instructions?
2- Why store Landline not picking call?
3- Why 30 Minutes delivery applicable right now. 4- Why money return in wallet? Do you think it's a good idea to bound customer to use money only...
Read moreI visited the MK Plaza Dominoes near the Bhakti Park outlet in Thane on 23rd April 2023. While paying the amount, I tried paying 4 times the amount of Rs 916, out of which my 2 payments were successful. The amount got debited from my account 2 times and I have not received any refund for the same. Following are the transaction details of two successful transactions. I tried reaching out to the store manager Ms Vaishali Shelke and she did not quite help me with any of my queries. She denied the amount being credited, I did reach out to my Bank and Gpay customer care and both have confirmed that the transaction was successful. I am extremely disappointed with the support being provided to me on this transaction. Also, the service provided that day was extremely horrible. I had to ask the staff there 7 times to clean the table, I received my order 40 mins later and one of the pizzas was not there when I asked for the same, the lady there said in a very rude tone, "ye toh kha lo pehle". The next day my mom suffered from loose motions, I highly doubt the quality of the food ingredients used to prepare this meal.
Also for the transaction issue, Ms Vaishali Shelke did not cooperate when I asked her to check this with the Transaction ID. She repeatedly said we are not allowed to check this, my only concern here is if you are not allowed to check then how do you resolve these issues? I am not asking for any personal details here.
Being a loyal customer of Dominoes for the last 12 years, I have completely lost faith in the service and food quality being provided to us. I am never recommending or purchasing any food item from this brand...
