Subway Lodha Amara — Restaurant in Thane

On August 28th, we tried ordering lunch from the Subway outlet next to Lodha Amara, but it wasn’t available on Zomato. So we decided to visit the store directly. The place wasn’t crowded, but there was a steady stream of online orders, mostly through Swiggy.

We were hoping to get our usuals: hara bhara kebab and tofu tikka. Unfortunately, both had been removed from the menu. So we tried something new—tandoori paneer craves and paneer tikka. The craves came in two sizes: 4-inch and 8-inch. The 4-inch costs ₹100 plus GST. After tasting both, we found the tandoori paneer craves to be far better, flavorful, satisfying, and a pleasant surprise.

We also picked up a veg classic delite and a paneer tikka sub to take home for mom. Between all of it, our stomachs were happily full. I genuinely liked the new craves option they’ve introduced; it’s compact and filling, but I do hope they bring back the hara bhara and tofu tikka soon.

They’ve also launched a coffee option, which I haven’t tried yet but...

Need to take action on floors employees who having lack of knowledge between lamb and chicken. All incidents happened when customer asked for new launched menu they claimed that lamb is chicken Nd all order made in-front of me and at last when i asked taken reassurance for the same then other guy said its not chickens its is meat and then other guy ask to keep away and whole subway was wasted and later when i order teriyaki chickens so in that chicken piece was hardly 4/5 less qty. this place is near to my office so i do visit causally all the day but the guys who is serving are new here so they don’t know the menus and knowledge of the product. Kindly request to take action on this and stop food waste-age by giving wrong information...
