This hotel served us mosquito & Hair Biryani with Mutton & chicken Biryani.
Today I visited this hotel with my wife for having Biryani as this hotel is famous for Biryani. Me and My wife were in very good mood and we were very excited to have Biryani. We normally visit this hotel once in every 2-3 month. The waiter served the Biryani and we started eating it. Biryani khatam hi hone wali thi ki meri nazar biryani me lipte fried mosquito pe padi aur yeh dekhke i was very surprised aur kasam se pura mood kharab ho gaya. Humne waiter ko bulaya aur oosko dikhaya ki dekho yeh kya mila hai. Woh bhi ek dum calm mood me tha ooski bato se aisa lag raha tha ki yeh roj ka hai, he was telling me that ho jata hai, galti se ho gaya hoga. We also felt that mistakenly ho gaya hoga so i asked him to change my plate but 5 min bad aur bhi shocking laga jab meri wife ke dish me se hair nikala. Kitna yaak... wali feeling hoti hai khane se hair nikalna. Now i felt that this guys are not taking care of food hygeine. We have asked waiter to remove the mutton biryani from table. After paying the bill we compalined about this incident to hotel owner. We normally call him Anna. My wife complained that we are visiting this hotel since it was only serving parcels & we never had such issues but today this happened twice. Instead of saying we will improve our service, Anna started showing his hair that look mosquitos are everywhere they are flying on my head what we can do. Ooski bate sunkar maine man hi man desh ki sabhi Housewife ko Salami di, ghar ka khana sabse achcha khana. Yaha to 400 pay karke bhi mosquito biryani khila rahe. Its my personal feeling that now this hotel more concentrating on quantity instead quality. Till the hygeine issue get addressed by owner i will not suggest anyone to to eat food from this hotel. If mosquitos are getting fried it means ingridients are not getting kept at clean place. I hope owner will improve the service and...
Read moreHotel Swagath, a restaurant in Thane, has been a frequent choice for me, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. Seeking to indulge our taste buds, we were left unsatisfied with the experience.
For starters, we ordered the Chicken Kalimiri Kabab and Paneer Manchurian. Both dishes were served in very small portions compared to other restaurants. In the main course, we tried the Chicken Lapeta and Chicken Masala. The quantity of Chicken Lapeta was insufficient, suitable for only one person, although it was delicious. However, the Chicken Masala was a complete disappointment. The Neer Dosa and Laccha Paratha were just okay.
We also ordered Chicken Biryani and Paneer Tawa Pulao. While the pulao was somewhat tasty, the chicken biryani was below average, which was particularly disappointing given that the restaurant is renowned for its biryani. The star dish falling short of expectations was a major letdown.
Although the prices were somewhat reasonable, the portion sizes were very small. I would recommend Hotel Swagath if you are interested in trying their Chinese cuisine, which was decent to some extent, but overall, the experience left much...
Read moreHappened to order via zomato last night. The worst Biryani experience ever. Please stop scamming patrons in the name of Hyderabadi Biryani. You clearly can't prepare one. The biryani sent was tasteless and perhaps the worst Biryani I've ever had. Worst quality of rice as well which no where goes for a Biryani Basmati grade. It was no where even close to a Hyderabadi Biryani. A message to the management, you need to seriously stop conning people in the name of biryani and you surely do not deserve to be called a Biryani corner at all. Watch some videos on YouTube, you'll understand the definition of a Hyderabadi Biryani.
A message to the patrons, please avoid this place as you'll be left with sheer disappointment and ruined food expectations. There are a number of good restaurants in the vicinity which would serve some good food rather than these people.
