Worst Dining Experience Ever – Avoid “Slice of Lime” at Viviana Mall at All Costs!

Visited this so-called restaurant Slice of Lime recently and had one of the most pathetic dining experiences of my life. Food quality? Absolutely bakwas. Service? Even worse.

Had to call the staff 4-5 times for even the most basic things, and still no response. At the end, they casually say, “Sir, wo to khatam ho gaya” — like seriously? After making us wait so long and ignoring us repeatedly?

Every single staff member seemed confused and clueless. It felt like they were all hired last minute without any training at all. They kept looking at each other, didn’t know what was available, and had no idea how to handle customers.

And let’s talk about the “Chinese food” – what a joke! Just some masala thrown in rice and served like it’s something special. This was NOT Chinese food. It tasted like leftover khichdi with spicy masala. Do your chefs even know what Chinese cuisine is? If not, please send them to do a proper Chinese cooking course before putting such items on the menu.

What made things worse – the moment I reached home after this disaster, I started feeling uneasy. My stomach was off, and I actually vomited 2-3 times. Baba re! I have never felt this sick after a restaurant meal in recent memory. This was the final nail in the coffin.

I’m telling you honestly – I will NEVER go back to this place. And I truly request everyone reading this – please don’t go either. I have no personal grudge with anyone, and I respect that everyone has their own business to run. But when you are charging customers – especially when the bill is touching ₹2000+ – then at least deliver quality food and basic service.

Here, even after spending that kind of money, we were treated like a burden, served garbage food, and ended up with health issues.

Been here unplanned as it was a weekend we were looking for a place to sit and chill. Place looks like a shady place. Had an okayish experience. But Liked the interiors, its interesting.

But food is good, service could be better. A good place for people who want to have a smoke with a couple of drinks. . . Ambiance - 4 Food - 3.5 Value for money - 3.5 Service - 3

I have been to this place quite a few times and it has always been a good experience. They give a candle light dinner ambience so it's perfect for a dinner date. The food options are less however the ones in the menu are tasty enough. My personal favourite is the Ceasar salad and Mac and Cheese.

Another plus for this place is that they always have happy hours. So you can enjoy 1+1 on drinks even on weekends and late evenings. Also they do not levy any compulsory service charge like other restaurants so that saves you some money and you can tip as you wish.

My friend took me to this place for the first time and I've already been here twice since then.

Absolutely in love with the ambience and the crowd, always buzzing thanks to amazing music not just weekends everyday. Good food, fairly decent bar menu which suits your pocket.

There are few places in your city where you can visit everytime when are you're confused, had a bizzare week or when you just don't wanna think so much, this one is surely that for me.

We often used to come to this place. But today our experience was very bad. We ordered food which came with cockroach so we called the servant and showed him. So eventually he took off the plate from table without saying anything. Then we were like okay he will give us either replacement or he will cancel it from bill. But when we received our bill that food item was included and they denied to cancel it. We convinced them but we had to pay the bill. So this is very bad because first thing is you should definitely maintain 100% hygiene in your premises and if for some reason there is any issue you should handle that in very polite manner and you should respect your guests. But this place seems like don't care about their customers. So I will not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could have option for giving 0 ratings. #veryverybadexperience #Unhygienicfood...
