mama's Rasoi — Restaurant in Thane

I have been having food from this place for more than 3 years and tandoori chicken and chicken rice were always good. Couple of times I ordered Chicken crispy and the taste started from okay to worse. Also later I came to know that all Chinese starters have went way below the quality. I also see customers questioning about the hygiene. I gave a feedback message with pictures but no response ever post follow up. Please don't order any chinese starters like Chi crispy or Chi chilli as it's chewy and the Chicken quality is like leftovers even my dog rejected it. Other day We had a severe stomach...

1 star for food service because food is good, 4 stars negative because staff is unprofessional, no hygiene. I work in Kris corner commercial plaza, the same building where mama's rasoi is. Almost all days i notice the guy who makes rotis outside the counter on footpath, he never washes his hands, nose picking, tobacco and top of it if roti falls down he just picks it up applies butter and packs it for delivery. Stopped ordering food from there since i saw these incidents. Totally...

Tasty and hygienic food. No any kind of ambience but excellent option for delivery at home. Rather than ordering from Swiggy and Zomato, kindly direct call and order. The menu amount of dire t of the hotel is much less comparatively to Swiggy and Zomato. After application of some discount from swiggy and Zomato, hotel rates are still a bit cheap without any discount.

A must try restaurant but recommended for home delivery.
