Subway has become a part of my daily routine, and I genuinely look forward to eating there during lunch every single day. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or something to enjoy on the go, I know I can count on them for a fresh, flavorful meal that hits the spot.

My all-time favorites are the Tuna Sub and the Teriyaki Chicken Sub. The tuna is creamy and perfectly seasoned, and the teriyaki chicken is always tender and full of that sweet-savory flavor that I absolutely love. Recently, I gave the SubCravers Spicy Chicken sub a try, and it's definitely going into my list of go-to quick bites.

I also want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff - Neeta and Sakshi. They're always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been impressed more than once by how quickly they prepare my order, even when the line is long. It’s clear they work hard and take pride in what they do, and it makes a big difference. Being greeted with a smile and getting my food fast, without sacrificing quality, makes every visit feel smooth and positive.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Subway enough. The subs are consistently delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the ability to customize everything just the way I like it is a huge plus. I recently visited the Subway at Oriana Business Park, Wagle Estate, and had a frustrating experience. I ordered two sandwiches totaling 542 rupees. Before ordering, I noticed a promotion for a free cookie with a minimum order of 299 rupees if you fill out a feedback form. I confirmed with the cashier multiple times that this offer was valid.

While deciding on add-ons, we chose crispy chips, assuming we’d get a cookie from the feedback offer. I confirmed again with the cashier that we’d receive the cookie. As they prepared our order, I filled out the form. When I received the bill, I showed my coupon code, but they informed me it had to be presented before billing. Despite my order exceeding the required amount and confirming with the cashier three times, they refused to honor the offer.

This left me extremely annoyed, as it was a matter of mere seconds. My younger brother, who loves Subway’s cookies, was particularly disappointed. The poor communication and service have deterred me from visiting...

I visited this subway on 23rd of August at 8 pm, we ordered 2 classic chicken Cravers and one Meatball Salad. the food was great to be honest and the guy making my food also was very careful while making the food the only reason im giving the store a 3 star review is because my order was to go and he forgot to put napkins and a fork/spoon, which isnt that big of an issue for the craver since its a sandwhich but the salad couldn't be eaten and i had to wait an hour to reach home to eat it which destroyed the entire purpose of ordering a salad because i was crazy hungry. Hope others haven't faced a similar issue . But overall a really good store just make sure you don't forget to collect...
