One usually visits south indian food giants in Matunga to cater a craving for South Indian cuisine, but Anna assures you a similar experience here!

This restaurant line is 12-13 years old.

Locations - Thane (Panchpakhadi), Chandivali, Mulund, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Marol, Kurla, Santacruz, Juhu, etc.

We visited the one in Thane.

This place serves authentic South Indian! Consider you are very busy in your work schedule and wish to finish off your lunch pretty quick, this is one place you can prefer. Why? Coz they serve your order in lightning speed.

Anna ordered Dilkush Dosa and Butter Podi Mini Idli, and they were served in merely 1-2 minutes.

Dilkush Dosa contains a Veggie curry stuffing. The pieces of Dosa were coated with cheese and coriander leaves.

Butter Podi Idli is the best seller, which contains mini Idlis coated with Podi and drizzled with Butter. It's buttery taste is not to be missed!

The side dish they offered included - Sambar (authentic, not so sweet), Coconut Chutney, and a spicy red chutney.

The service is pretty quick, the place is pocket friendly, and the quantity is sufficient.

Lastly, Anna did not miss the authentic Filter Coffee! 💕

Usually, I'm too lazy to write reviews, but here I felt like I had to put my experience out there.

Waiters didn't give us water or the menu for a good amount of time until we asked them for it. Waiter didn't come around to take the order even after being called several times. An old uncle came and sat beside us on the same seat. We waited for a few mins for the owner to say something but he didn't. That old man invited another man to sit with him on our seat. Still no words from the owner. We decided to give up our seats and stood up. We told the owner that we'll wait for a seat to get vacant and would rather not sit with strangers. We stood while we waited for a seat to get vacant and then got our order served. The waiter gave us wrong info about the order (Told us that Andhra Masala Dosa has shimla mirch [capsicum] in it when it didn't). Bill was sent on the table while we were still eating. Really felt like they didn't want customers in their restaurant when they did that. Told the waiter twice while handing out my credit card that wireless tap is disabled on my card. He still tapped it on the machine.

0/10 would not recommend. Visit the place if you want to see a restaurant that does not care about...
