Recently visited this outlet & the overall dine-in experience was simply amazing. Despite being a takeaway walk-in bakery & cake shop with no provision for seating, I still chose to dine-in given the ambience is decent & so is the air-conditioning. I purchased their Chocolate Mousse Jar & was quite impressed with the taste as well as consistency. Though their select desserts may sometimes be more sweeter to your liking, they're still suitable for most having sweet tooth. Special thanks to the manager & staff on duty for providing great service by being courteous as well as informative, thus helping me make a right choice. Looking forward to visit this takeaway only outlet again for trying their other products....

I have been a regular customer of Theobroma, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last visit, the entry door was broken, making it very difficult to enter the shop. Additionally, on a previous visit, I was told that the shop had run out of paper bags, and I had to carry the cake in my hands, which was quite inconvenient for a brand of this stature.

What’s more surprising is that Theobroma no longer writes simple messages like “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Anniversary” on cakes. Instead, customers are expected to purchase extra cake toppers for such occasions. This feels like an unnecessary hassle, especially for a premium brand.

I hope Theobroma improves these services...

Theobroma at Pachpakhadi offers a cozy atmosphere, and their Tiramisu truly lives up to the hype. It was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced between the bitterness of coffee and the sweetness of the cream. The sponge was moist, and the mascarpone layer was incredibly fresh and light, making it a delightful treat without being overly heavy.
