On 16th july 2025 it was waffle day we went there were waiting in line we discovered that after scanning qr code and paying for it will receive our order no one from there staff told that it was to be picked up from 17th to 19th we paid online yesterday i visited there store they told is will take 30 minutes waiting already yesterday we were waiting now yesterday again i told I'll take it parcel after 40 minutes they gave me parcel after coming home i ate that waffle three of them were soggy are they trying to prank us or what we paid for it why we are getting so soft and soggy waffle??? I know it can get soggy that's why i came by rickshaw and i got what after wasting my money here...

The waffles were extremely crispy. It was nothing close to fluffy or soft and melting in the mouth. It felt like I was eating a festive snack which was crispy and buttery. It was nothing like a dessert except for the overly sweet chocolate sauce. This post is about Belgian waffles panch pakdi branch and not overall. Because I have had good ones in other branches. What struck worse was when I asked the staff about it. They said I should have told them to take it out earlier, otherwise it will be made like this only.
