A treat to all the Vegans out there in trichy I absolutely love everything about this hotel, i rarely give a five star rating but this hotel deserves it all ✴️ great food, the starter's tasty and toooo good to be true, the soup was warm and soothing, the starters were crisp and delicious and the main course tasted like it was made by some of the best chefs in trichy ✴️ The ambience was very warm the place is very classical and they have a very good selection of music thats very peaceful and calm to go with ✴️ they have some beautiful artwork to contribute to the beautiful aesthetics this restraunt is. ✴️ they have different restrooms for both the gender that is clean, and have proper ventilation ✴️ the staffs were very kind to accomdate my mistakes in ordering food ✴️ the food is not even that much pricey it is nominal ✴️ the restraunt is not even that much crowded, but they have a very big comfy seating longue incase of crowd mangement ✴️ they don't have a proper parking for any vehicles ✴️ their service is amazing just Like aesthetics of the restraunt ✴️i have attached...

Terrible Experience - Never Coming Back!

We visited this hotel for dinner, expecting to be pleasant , but it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like they were doing us a favor by acknowledging our presence.

The waitstaff barely cared to complete order...When we politely pointed out an issue, we were met with outright hostility instead of any attempt to resolve it.

how a place claiming to be a “hospitality” business can treat its guests with such blatant disrespect. Needless to say, I left feeling insulted . This shows the culture of the hotel and its staffs.

If you value good service and being treated with basic courtesy, avoid this place...

Tasty food. Vegetarian and yummy. You get some interesting variants. Price is surprisingly low. Saturday night is probably not a good time as it's very heavily crowded. For a group of 6, having one starter and one main course and 3 shared dishes, we spent only 1100 bucks. I compare this cost against a similar restaurant in Chennai and feel it's definitely cheaper.

Overall service was ok. But they don't act good on ad-hoc request for additional food. They seem to get lost when we order for example one more naan or sides. It was delayed than expected. I had to remind again to get it served but the service was fast after 2nd reminder. They need to get...
