Ordered a fresh Jamun cake from Cake Zone via Swiggy and requested a neatly packed cake with a name board and candles too. Well, they definitely took my instructions very seriously - the cake literally says "Board And Candles too" on it! 😂

While I appreciate the enthusiasm for following directions, I was kind of hoping for a message on a board, not about the board. The cake also looked a bit travel-weary by the time it arrived - a true survivor of the delivery journey.

In short, if you're looking for a good laugh along with your dessert, Cake Zone's got you covered. If you're looking for a properly decorated and neatly packed cake, maybe... look...

I had the very worst experience here, have ordered a cake via online delivery and it came as a worst nightmare. Ordered a cake which is around 600/- and when it got delivered..it was completely collapsed and the cream was spilled over the box. Here, we can't blame a delivery person because the bakers should know the package and methods to deliver the product to the customer in a good way. And the cake taste is also not so good it was like more cream instead of cake base which may be the reason for the cake collapse. Never gonna recommend this place to anyone. Not even...

Well I ordered few pastries from Swiggy and butterscotch Boba jar from them, and I am totally disappointed and not satisfied with the taste of the butterscotch boba jar. It’s actually spoiled and stinking and is not edible, and it seems like oldly prepare and packed. It’s already watery and the cream has formed like a foam, Ketuponatha kuduthutanga.. and the jar is too costly for this flavour...
