Total disappointment by the service. The hotel can't even serve a cup of sauce for the individual table. The small cup of sauce in our table which we were having with noodles was taken and given on another table. The service person didn't even thought a while that we would have used that cup of sauce with the spoons with which we are eating. Heights of stupidity and they don't even follow the table manners. Hi folks. This is a genuine review. Last week we visited Trichy and this is my second time I am staying in hotel Shans. The thaai restaurant is wonderful in everything polite staffs, atmosphere and ofcourse the food. We tried veg clear soup, devil Gobi semi gravy, dosa, fried rice excellent with very little oil, french onion soup and many more... Ordered 3 mutton biriyanis parcel, the taste was just average but quantity was low. also the mutton pieces were very less - only 1 bone piece in 1 packet, 1 bone + 1 flesh pieces in another 2 packets - overall very small pieces.. I called the restaurant and complained about it, they asked me to bring and replace if not opened. how can I know if I hadn't opened the parcel. the gravy and raitas were good and in good quantity. only the biriyani was less.

giving 2 stars just for amount of mutton in the biriyani - otherwise would have given 3.5 stars. I would not repeat...
