All dishes are prepared using frozen ingredients, which is evident in both appearance and taste. The overall dining experience is mediocre. The service is equally poor. For instance, while water and tumblers are provided, only water bottles are available on the tables. If one desires regular water, they must explicitly request it, and even then, they must also ask for tumblers or glasses. These are fundamental amenities that any restaurant or eatery should provide. I order one PersianDry fruits Falooda. Waiting time was more than 20mins but i understand the queue and I'm ok with that. They named as Persian Dry fruit Falooda and i was expecting lots of nuts in that. But i was surprised to see there was only little nuts spreaded on top and they priced 159+gst. Totally i paid Rs 168. Not worth the amount. The ambience was good but for that price cant...
