Very worst delayed service with less of quality !!! Never Visit Again

10-July-2022 we have booked for 12.30 lunch buffet people of 6 with 2 infants and we welcomed in good way for that not ended in right way.

We have waited almost half an hour to get a single item in to our plate after that also it become worsen like anything that are refilling any items in grill menu and worst thing even if we say multiple times they are not at all listening to our words end up with lost hungry.

It was more than 1.30 hrs still we have not get what we want that's is really worst and some of us lose patience and start eating main course.

Grill items whatever shared also not upto taste fish,prawns,chicken are good but after few rounds that's too lost its quality and taste.

Main course is very very limited items ... One rice two gravy on non veg side that's it and in live counter very worst in preperation he is not even have time to ask what customers looking for.. simply he is asking and just like that he is giving and taste is very BLAND !!!

One part is Good is Desert part that too it is not having too many items.

I wonder for the price of ₹944 in another restaurant we would have got lot of options. Just read pile of fake good reviews we went for occasion but it really make our day really bad..

We are begging to people like anything like tissue,water bottle,spoon,grill items refill after four to five times and long waiting of 15-20 minutes he will come and serve you and floor manager also really interested in customer comments simple he will reply today is Sunday sir so little busy please wait.. I really fed up with the words.

There are lot to say but sorry to say we feel not good today.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the terrible experience we had at your restaurant today, despite making prior arrangements.

I had booked a table for 35 people a day in advance and even paid a 10% advance to confirm the reservation. However, from the very beginning of our lunch, the service was extremely poor.

Starters were not served properly – in most cases, only half the group received food before your staff moved on, leaving the rest waiting.

I raised multiple complaints with your team during the lunch, and also requested to speak with a manager, but no one came forward to address our issues.

The buffet counter was poorly maintained – several dishes were empty, plates were not available, and there was no staff around to assist. The dessert counter was equally disappointing, with very limited items and no refills provided. This entire experience was extremely embarrassing in front of our management team and guests. We felt completely helpless due to the lack of support from your side. I spoke with Mr. Manjo, who identified himself as the manager. After checking your CCTV footage, he acknowledged the service gaps and shortcomings. However, we are still being forced to pay the full amount, despite not having received the food and service we paid for.I must clearly state that we refuse to pay for items and services that were not delivered. Food is Ok. Compare to other locations of Barbecue this place is not upto the mark. Even though it's an advanced reservation, they served with so much of delay. All the starters comes very late and they are making us to wait. I've marked the wheel board as "Hate Waiting", they never considered that. Some are over fried and some are less fried. Startup drink is free of cost with one drink per person if your choice from the menu. They forgot to serve some of the items also, when we ask then they served. Desserts are not that sweet. The special varieties like Rabbit, Quail, Shark all are worst. You can't even recognise what is that item and they won't tell you also. The quantity they put is more while you request and very less while they serve. Cup is big but quantity is very less. No plates and cups to have main course and dessert. Waited for almost 5min to have plates. Why customer has to ask for plates and cups? I've been there twice in the gap of 4 months. No change in varieties and no change in service. No improvement happened. I'm shocked why this place has that much crowd even in weekdays? May be all are first time visitors. Management is very poor and we've waited so much of time for having desserts. People of next slot also waiting outside and very few seats to wait, you've to stand either inside or outside. I've seen parking is free and it is really free. You've to pay while going inside and get the stamp from restaurant and show that while return. The mall guys will pay...
