Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tiruporur

I along with my family recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Domino's Pizza shop located in Vivra Mall. I visited the restaurant for a dine-in experience, and I must say it was a total letdown. My primary concerns revolve around the severe delay in service and the complete lack of attention given to dine-in customers. It was evident that their sole focus was on fulfilling app orders for delivery, leaving dine-in customers feeling neglected.

While waiting, I couldn't help but notice that the majority of the staff were busy rushing around to fulfill app orders for delivery. The priority given to these orders was glaringly evident, with staff members huddled around the kitchen area, packaging orders for delivery, and leaving the dine-in area virtually ignored.

As the minutes turned into what felt like hours, I couldn't help but wonder if I had made a mistake choosing to dine in. Eventually, I was able to place my order, but the wait for my pizza was agonizingly long. I watched as multiple delivery drivers came and went, while I was left with no updates.

Furthermore, during my entire visit, I saw no service attendants attending to the few dine-in customers who were patiently waiting for their orders. It was as if we were invisible to the staff, and any attempt to seek assistance or inquire about our orders fell on deaf ears.

In the end, my dine-in experience at Domino's Pizza in Vivra Mall was nothing short of a disaster. The blatant disregard for dine-in customers in favor of app orders for delivery left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining in at this establishment to think twice, as you may end up feeling like an afterthought in a restaurant that seems more interested in its...

If you want to waste your time money this is the place...... especially if you want delivery. This place is understaffed ....honestly no delivery staff. And this is on Sunday. Still they would accept delivery orders, the app shows slight delay.....and you keep waiting . Your pizza won't be arriving at all. After 45-50 min you would get call requesting to come and pick your order as they don't have anyone available for delivery. The store staff is unprofessional... don't want to talk much abt it. And when we reach store, they would take another 25 min to discover they don't have carry bags for large pizza. It was total disappointment 😞 The store manager Anitha always trying to convince me rather than accepting their fault. All said and done.....even bigger disappointment - the pizzas is also not prepared properly.....seems heavy demand and the pizzas got less time share to be in oven... It was a total waste of money and a Sunday spoilt. Final decision - not to opt Domino's pizza, and delivery option a big NO.... NOT...

One of the worst dominoes outlet. 🤮🤮🤢 If you want to be treated like a dog, please come here. Even a dog gets some attention but these loafers wont pay any attention to customers.

Dining area looks like garbage. No staff to clean and it remains there on table top smelly and messy. Customers have to clean it.

If you are jobless and have time to waste, come here and try to order. None of them wont even look u in eye. No one bothers.

If you are unable to take orders, why wont you put up a closed sign.

30 minutes to get 6 pieces of reheated chicken pops which wasnt even hot or fresh. Freezer la irundhu yeduthu soodu panna ivlo neram. 🤦‍♂️

During the time i was here i saw 6 customers leave without eating, fruastrated after waiting 10 minutes to even talk to the cashier.

Only god knows how this pathetic branch is running.
