"Stepping into Chai Galli, nestled in the heart of Marina mall, was like taking a trip down memory lane! I ordered the Cutting Chai and Bun Maska, and oh boy, it was love at first sip and bite! The flavors transported me back to late nights in Mumbai, returning from work and savoring the quintessential street food combo.
The Cutting Chai was perfectly balanced - strong, yet smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. And the Bun Maska... soft and slathered with generous amounts of butter and jam. It was like reliving old memories!
I was amazed to find this hidden gem in a bustling mall, offering a taste of authentic Mumbai street food in a comfortable and clean setting. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and reminisce while taking a break from shopping. The service is warm and friendly, adding to the overall charm.
If you're a fan of authentic Mumbai-style street food, or just looking for a comforting cup of chai and snack, Chai Galli in Marina mall is a must-visit! It's a taste of nostalgia in every...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a pot of 4 Masala Chai & 6 samosas. After 20 mins tea was served & was waiting eternally for samosa. On checking the counter again the bill person ( despute of having samosa on the counter ) told no samosa available and has not taken order .
They are busy in taking swiggy/ online orders and not paying attention to the customers who visit the place in Mall. whats the point of having the store in mall then if online orders are priority .
The Bill person tricked us , we was ought to pay while ordering he heard 6 samosa and pot of masala chai clearly but denied to bill saying will collect later.. since its was more than 30 mins while checking for samosa his answer is order is not taken and for now we have one samosa available.
Pls dont have a store in the mall & focus only online orders and not walkin customer. Better write somewhere a board as we treat you like not seen if you walkin , better order us...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointing!
Of all the items we ordered, only the fried paneer momo was good.
The cheezy chilli fries should be renamed as sticky over burnt fries. We got the fries on a foil that had the fries stuck all over. We had to peel it and eat! Disgusting. š¤®
The paneer sandwich was spicy but flavorless. The sev poori was average.
The garlic bread was spicy with no salt. š¤£š
Cold coffee was decent but expected better.
Service was good but lot of people donāt speak Tamil. Whatās the point?
Overall - very high on hype but low on quality. The price point is a bit high for quality...
