I wish I did not give them even a single star. I haven't stepped in to a pathetic place like this for a long while. I was there on the evening on Jan 16th with my friends enroute to Bangalore from Chidambaram. The place was nothing but empty with just one more table of non Indians when we stepped in as a group of 10 around 6:40pm. They informed us that many items will be available at 7pm. We placed an order for what was available and also a couple of items to get after their kitchen is completely functional post 7pm. The wait staff was not trained. He couldn't get our orders right. He actually forgot to even place half the order. They were not keen on serving Indians. We had like many tables by then which were mostly foreign tourists. They just started bringing each of their food out. Then a guy who was in cashier walks up and literally tells us.. there is no staff. Our orders might take time. So either we wait or leave but we had 10 other tables by now who had their food on table. Whatever food we got to eat (sandwich and soup was below average). The waitstaff service was pathetic. He come at 7:30pm to twll us half the food we ordered isnt thr or he forgot to place the order. The lady who came to clear the table wanted us to remove everything and hand it to her. She just made a facial gestire suggesting do it. We kind of were doing her work without a please, thank you or sorry. She had a seriously sick attitude. Felt either she was stoned or she was amused looking at us. To top it the cashier/ manager barges in..tell js to leave as he has no staff. While he has 10 other tables who has food on their table and who came after us. When we left..we were hungry..tired..angry..the anger burst in to laughter as we were just surprised how low can a service place get especially in a pilgrimage center. The place is called Amrutham we did not feel it. I highly recommend Indians not to go there. They thrive on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe recently stayed for a week at Ramana Towers and dined in the restaurant . Our experience is good . The service we have experienced is good ,thanks to the young team and the girl Ms. Sangeetha , and one more girl name not remembering who also extended good service , one more young boy . They are trying hard to manage the crowd . Food whatever we ordered were mostly north indian dishes and taste was good /decent . We did not order Andhra food . The dinner was always good . No mistakes . Tiruvannamalai is a pilgrim place and main focus is on God Arunachala and for spiritual purpose . It is not a holiday paradise . We need to keep this in our mind . The crowd is un controllable at times (especially weekend) and full moon days in many restaurants and the quality suffer some times . Even in Anand Ramana the crowd is un manageable and waiting time is more . Here in Amrutham the space is small and inflow of crowd is more due to Ramana towers and their in-house guests . The supervisor and other support staff arw also doing their best . What else you can expect in a most crowsed spiritual place like TIruvannamali ?, Arunachalam is our main focus and food is not a primary reason to visit . We also understood the pressure on the staff and cooperated , finally they are also human and with limitations . I don't know the management team of Amrutham but recommend to reward the staff As they are doing their best . Keep training the and motivating them . Advise the management team regularly interact with guest and understand resolve issues if and...

The food and deserts delicious and different from the ones you'll have somewhere else. There are many such restaurants, but this place is the obvious good I tried their main course, desserts, and drinks. And not one, but everything was curated with perfection. After seeing so much hype, I decided to give this place a try. Delicious flavors, friendly service, and overall value for money. A hidden gem, for sure.
When searching for budget-friendly restaurants, the cleanliness and taste of the food are usually my biggest concerns. But they well exceeded my expectations. Even the staff was well-trained and professional. The dish's names, the ingredients, and the options are very different but tasty as well. I ordered brinjal biryani two times because that's how much I enjoyed it. Totally value for money. This place impressed me from start to finish. Starting with attentive staff and fast service The ambiance, the staff, the items on the menu, the service, and the value for money call for a five-star rating. Plus, their cocktail menu is impressive, with something for everyone. The food menu seemed very interesting, and the staff were kind enough to explain what goes into which food and gave us proper attention. They truly...
