I went back again and the service , food and ambience was excellent . 5 stars highly recommended.

The location is excellent. It is a calm, clean and beautifully presented. It exceeded expectations. The service although "polite" was absolutely abysmal. Took over 15 mins to make a coffee. I am now 30mins in and still waiting for an omlette. There is hardly anybody else here. The only order before me was for a coffee and a brownie. I politely asked what had happened to my omlette, and was told "one by one , Sir". I said that there was no one before me. I was then told "trustees come first", a lady who I presume was such a trustee had come 15mims later and had been served. The Omlette has arrived and it looks great. I suspect that the 'cook' had not yet arrived and out of embarrassment I was not told that there would be a delay. Somewhat disappointed. But now I know what to expect somewhere between 30-50mins from ordering to getting what you want. Great if you have no plans other than sitting around.

Some time later the owner did come and was super annoyed and irritated that I had given a low rating. She then began to make all kinds of untruthful claims.

It is a great place and super clean. Don't come too early in the morning as the cook may not be there. The Omlette, smoothie and coffee were all good. The smoothie arrived 10 mins after the omlette only after someone else who came 40 mins also ordered the same.

It's highly possible that my experience is unusual.

I changed my rating to give the owner the benefit of my experience being unusual, and I don't want to impact all of the hard work that she and her family will have invested in...

The Inner Child Restaurant is very close to Ramanashramam and Yogyramsuratkumar Ashram. Great food and service! The place is very clean! Quiet location, cozy atmosphere, good view of the blessed mountain Arunachala, all the food is absolutely delicious, the sweets are very good, they make tasty bread, the best capuccino in Tiruvannamalai you’ll find here; the owner Prem and his mom, together with the whole staff are so nice and friendly and they make you feel always like home here; very good WiFi also; the best veggie burger with French fries; delicious papaya smoothie. The service is very good and very fast. In just a few minutes we have received our ordered food. They always asked us if the food and everything was good so they always take the feedback. If you come to Tiruvannamalai you definitely have to come here. This location will brighten your view about...

It was a pleasure to stay for a month at this place, the energy is peace, joy and somehow magical. Prem and his family are a particularly affectionate meeting that is unforgettable in many ways. The street and the area are full of life and harmony with the people, animals and plants that live there. The accommodation is spacious, fully functional and invites you to feel at home - along with everything that's around and being part of a safe family. With the wish of all the best for Prem, his family and those who might choose to come there. See you soon again and till then - choose the boat with pleasure and surprises on board.
