Hotel Ponrayar (Kosamadam Branch) — Restaurant in Tiruvannamalai

The service is worst. I have ordered one Tomato Soup, 2 plain dosa and 1 plate idly.

The soup taste is worst and it was not hot.

They brought dosa before the said time and it was also not hot.

The service is very bad, because we asked for got water and it took more than 15 mins for them to get it.

The boys who serve the food doesn't understands the local language and it creates miscommunication.

I used to visit this place few years back with my family and friends. But the taste and service at that time was good.

But this time it was a nightmare experience.

I suggest not to go here atleast for a while since they rectify the issues.

When I gave the feedback to the management person he is least bothered and did not even utter a word.

The ambience is decent and the cleaning staffs are good and on-time.

Alsonthey mentioned there is car parking space. But I parked my car on the road itself because the way towards the parking was blocked by the two wheelers.

Myself with family visited this hotel for breakfast. The taste is very good and ultimate.

Pongal here is very good and ultimate. We have ordered all types of breakfast each one plate and tasted it. All the breakfast tasted very nice and yummy.

The service and hospitality is very nice. One of the hotel staff helped us and guided very well regarding visiting the temple and everything.

There is a big parking place behind this hotel where you can park and pay for visiting the temple also as well.

Narrow restaurant, very attractive from outside. Instead of using two big sofas with 4tables could have splitted with chairs and tables. Services are poor, food taste and quality is good. Staff needs more training on customer service. After a good meal we had good sweet beeda at the front. They have spacious parking and rooms are also available.
