Rude and scammy owner.
I had breakfast (delicious, I must admit). I paid by UPI (so by phone with QR code). The transaction took a while to go through, so the owner immediately insisted I pay by cash.
He was getting aggressive and bullying me. I gave him the cash to defuse the situation.
When I checked my phone again, the transaction got through and the money was deducted from my account. I showed him the confirmation. He insisted he didn't receive any money, but refused to check his phone in front of me.
I showed him mine, smiling in a polite, firm way. I was very relaxed, I told him not to stress about it, that I would have another tea and give him enough time to check everything, that there was no rush at all.
He called me "A bad customer causing troubles" and told me "Don't come again to my café!".
I had to leave without my money and open a dispute in the payment app.
