Panda — Restaurant in Tripura

The ambience and atmosphere is well and good. The presentation of food items is good but the food actually isn't that great. And the service is most awful. Shortage of staffs is the primary reason. Moreover the few staffs that are taking care are literally ignorant of calls from customers waiting for food for a long time. We had to wait 1 Hr for a starter item to reach our table and then a more of 30 minutes for the main course to arrive whereas we ordered both at the same time. Out of 3 different main courses we tried 2 were literally out of track . Only 1 item could force me to give 2 stars for food segment. I must insist to improve the service segment and the behaviour of the staffs being ignorant of customers precious time must be taken into consideration . The space is a bit congested but beautifully decorated or designed I must say so a 4 star in this segment. If you are looking for a quite place with a great view of the sky and own time with your near and dear ones you can be here but don't hope the same for your...

Visited this much hyped restaurant in Agartala. Saw this in Instagram and decided to give it a try. Went in the evening with friends for snacks. The ambience, interior, decoration and lighting of the restaurant was really amazing. It was full of beautiful bamboo work. We ordered Coffee, Achari Paneer tikka and Chicken Reshmi Kabab Coffee- 3.5/5 Achari Paneer Tikka- 3/5 It was spicy, achari flavour was not prominent and taste was just average. Chicken Reshmi Kabab- 3.5/5 Spice level was mild but was overcooked in oven.Taste was above average. The behaviour of the Staff was good.

Now the sad part. Coffee was served after 45 mins of ordering and the food arrived after more than an hour. This was the situation when the restaurant was almost empty. There was a group of 5-6 people apart from us. So you can imagine what will happen if the restaurant is full. May be they are understaffed but this much of waiting dampened our experience a lot.

Hope they take it positively and improve...

I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, As the servers don't even know the basic etiquettes of serving, They didn't even provided us plates, spoon & glasses when we ordered the Main Course, We had to ask for it. Most of the items were out of stock, On top of that they don't even know how to make mocktails, it was totally a disaster, We have ordered 2 plate Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani but both were different in colours, it was full of food colouring. They served us chicken tandoori (gravy) in the name of Chicken kosha, I guess they didn't have that one in stock also so they just mixed and matched it. We got our food after waiting for more than 1 hour. Only the good thing was the Appetizers. It was good. Please upgrade your customer service & food quality.
