Visited this hotel on 15th October 2018 with family. Experience was not very good. First at the reception we have to sit 20 minutes because only one lady was in the reception and she couldn't pay attention to us being busy with another guest though we booked an AC deluxe double bed room through Kohinoor Travels Tripura in the hotel. After this wait I have to ask if we could have a room. They sent us to a room in which bed was too small and later we found that the window AC was not working. The only positive side is that the hotel is located in the centre of Agartala and all main points of the town can accessed from here. Rooms & toilets were not very clean, the towels and bed sheets were also not up to the mark and AC in the room must be around 20 years old. Food is quite costly. The buffet breakfast served has very limited choice although served by well mannered restaurant staff. The breakfast is complimentary or chargeable depending on the category of rooms booked (this is something I encountered first time in so many years of travelling). I would personally not like to revisit or recommend...
