Pathetic food & pathetic price. With this hotels 1ps Elisha price you can buy 1 whole Elisha from outside. Nothing complementary they will give you not even salad. They only getting customers because of their paid online promotion. They only seat there to count the money , not give good food. Because they are taking enough money, with that kind of money they can easily give sufficient food . For example,

you can take mutton curry , they are charging RS390 for one mutton curry plate, with that money they are giving mutton pieces like paneers size. If you have a lots of money & no place to spend then you can go there just to waste your money. Worst thing in Agartala .

I went to Adi shanka hotel checking the reviews but I was so very disappointed. The rice was served cold. Quality,quantity and price doesn't match with each other. I am a big time foodie but I give a big zero from my end to this resturant. The owner sitting in front himself agreed that the quantity of food is very less but I want to know if he is aware then why are you not rectifying it. The food is not at all tasty as bengali cuisine is expected to be. I would never suggest anyone to go there having big expectation like me to have delicious food. There are 3 hotels with similar names at the same place. I went to Hotel Sankar. Others are Adi Sankar and Sankar Hotel. The quality of Bengali food served here is top class. I took Bhapa ilish which was of very good quality. Preparation was also good. The price is slightly on the higher side but it is worth the price.
