Restaurant Kurry Klub — Restaurant in Tripura

The restaurant is a part of Welcome Palace Hotel situated at Post Office Chowmuhani in the Heart of Agartala City. The non-veg items which are served (chiken) are very poor due to bad smell of refrigeration. The rice item (fried rice or Veg Pollaow ) looks two days back prepared and kept in Refrigerator and when you order, they will give by heating which releases the aroma of refrigerated smell. In summary, the food are not served in fresh. After giving order also you have to wait more than 45 mins - 45 mins. I will not waste the money next time. The rates are average If you wish to have a indian cuisine this is a must visit place in the city(you might also try some Chinese dishes). Their dishes are just awesome. When you enter the place your your mouth would be filled with water by the smell of the dishes being served or cooked at back. But nowadays their services has done poorly they are taking too long duration for delivery and customer are getting fed...

If I can give 0 star then I will give that to this restaurant. On 4th October around 2AM I went there with my 7 friends and ordered 4 plates of CHICKEN KOSHA with other items like soft drink and rice. But the chicken pieces of the dish was from tandoor chicken and after that we ordered CHICKEN DO PYAZA again same thing happened. We informed the manager and their attitude was not at all friendly. After some arguments we decided to not waste the food but the taste of the food was horrible. Last but not the least we ordered 4 bottles of THUMS UP and got 4 bottles of COCA-COLA instead among which 1 bottle was broken. And the price was increased by 10 rupees per bottle for soft drink and 20 rupees for water on the name of servicing fee. It was the worst...

I had a reservation in the restaurant a day before we dine in, & as it was Sunday, they insisted to be on time, which was at 2pm. We were at the restaurant at exactly 2pm and they gave us a table and took the order within 10mins. Which was okay. After ordering we were waiting for food, it was taking longer than usual, at around 2.45 pm we asked how much more it will take to give us the food they told more 20mins, but the restaurant was empty only 2table with 2person was occupied. Past 3pm when they served in another table who came after us. I lost my patience, called the manager and within 5mins they served us food. It was cold tasted average. So I don't recommend this restaurant where the staffs are not bothered...
