We visited here today at 10.15 pm. And it's 11.45 now, we are yet to receive the food. However good they will serve my rating will not improve more than 1 star due to -

Pathetic queue management - You have to stand by a table which is getting vacated to occupy seat - Can't accept this from a good restaurant right ?

Post forgetting table manners, and occupying a table by standing close to it, we got it by 10.45 pm

At 11.00 pm someone came to take the order - Post noting down everything he came back and informed they can't serve soup which should have been clarified during the order

At 11.25 we enquired the status of our order and we're informed that they are preparing it and it's almost ready

At 11.40 pm we again enquired the status of order where the executive informed that biryani is our of stock and this is delaying the same - And requested whether we can cancel it ? Not done right, if they had problem they should have just initiated a conversation

At 11.50 we asked for solution, they told they have managed it and it will be served soon.

And we are still waiting. Mistake from our end - we should have walked out early from this place. But, they manager / executive was making false promises. This gives me every reason for not visiting this place again.

Okay so we've went after seeing the combo menu, from influencers...and we clearly mentioned that we are going to order from the combo menu itself. So, firstly in place of paneer bowl they've served chicken to my vegetarian friend and after communicating they've exchanged it, then the other items of non veg which are supposed to be from the combo menu they served us from the main menu which was double the price. One cannot say which one will be the combo quantity between the normal quantity cz at one point the quantity and quality is not up to the mark. After getting the bill when we communicated with the waiter and manager they're like why didn't we said before, like how will we know by looking which will be the combo one, and we clearly have mentioned that we're ordering from the combo menu itself by showing them. Service is definitely worst, like salad was not given, not attending us properly as if we don't even exist. We have wait for like 40-50 mins after ordering our food.

Make sure if you're visiting their restro, be very specific to the waiter and everyone...

Last night i went for dinner Ordered murg kadaiwala, chicken biryani and butter nun The food was cold, chickken had less gravy even after telling the waiter for little gravy, the gravy was missing from the plate, the nun was cold may be it was xold inside due to ac but it was cold, the biryani had nothing much special about taste, the raita was tasty. Over ambience was good, presentable but value for money is 70% The price is too high compared to other restaurants in Agartala. Other restaurant chicken items are priced at average of 250 to 350 Here the chicken items are priced at 280+ If you are looking for a budget friendly restaurant, you won't like it here so make your choice

Hope you understand. and Obviously we as customer will compare the food and price with other restaurants as quality, quantity matters when food...
