I ORDER SAMOSA DAL . THERE FAMOUS DISH .THE WAITER TOOK THE ORDER PROPERLY AND PASS IT TO SERVER SERVANT BUT .THE PERSON WHO WAS SERVING LISTENED MY ORDER PROPERLY . AND TOOK IT ALSO .BUT NOT SERVED MY FAMILY WHICH WAS SITTING INSIDE THEIR HOTEL .EVEN THE OWNER WAS ALSO WATCHING THIS ALL SITUATION AND BEHAVIOUR . THE SERVING PERSON WAS NOT ATTENTDING ME PROPERLY HR WAS BUSY WITH HIS PACKING PARCEEL CUSTOMERS .THOSE WHO CAME AFTER ME .HE WAS BUSY TO GIVE THEM PARCEL .AND TOTALLY IGNORED MY FAMILY WHICH WAS SITTING INSIDE THIER HOTEL AND WAS WAITING FOR OUR ORDER . AFTER 15 MINTS WHEN WE SHOUTED WHERE IS OUR GIVEN ORDER .THE WAITER SAID ITS FINISHED THE FOOD WHICH I WE HAVE ORDER BUCZ OF PARCELS .SO NOTHING IS THERE TO EAT .ULTIMATELY I WAS FEELING SO HUMILATED BY THEIR BEHAVIOUR .THAT I ORE THE PROMISE I WILLL NEVER SUGGEST MY ANY GUESTS TI VISIT THEIR PLACE EVER IN THE LIFE . I PRAY THE GOD THE HUMILATION THEY DONE WITH MY FAMILY .IN FUTURE ND IN LIFE THEY ALL SHOULD FACE IT BY GOD .

Read moreWent to book 15 Samosa yesterday (13 July) for today's (14 July) delivery of 2 PM.
They asked me to pay 100% advance against the booking yesterday itself. So I paid 300/- for 15 pcs. And the owner Kishan Talreja told me that it would be ready by 2 PM today.. So you can come and pick up.
Today I reached the store at around 2.20 PM. None of the owners were present, none of their staff knew about the order. On asking several times the staff called the owners and then they remembered about the booking which they had taken yesterday against 100% payment. Got a reply that I'll get within 15 minutes.. Waited till 3 PM and did not get my delivery. Owner came and talked with staff in abusive words.. Loud tone returned my money and told me to leave.
The point here is.. If you can't fulfill the commitments.. What's the point in taking 100% advance payment and then making customer wait for 40+ minutes and then refuse them for the order. It is sheer unprofessionalism and wastage of customer's time and effort.
My guests were waiting at home and I had to rush after waiting 40+ minutes to arrange for another alternative.
