Domino's Pizza | Ballani Arcade, Ulhasnagar — Restaurant in Ulhasnagar

I used to love Domino's Pizza, specially of Ulhasnagar 3 store, near Sai Ujala Appartment but from today onwards I have decided I will never ever going to choose this particular store(Ulhasnagar 3 chopda court). Miss. Shubhangi (staff of This store) she denied to take my order. She said, please order online coz currently I am doing some office work, I said but there is network issue in my mobile still she denied to take my order. As she was doing some very important work. I agree with her but coz of some reason I was unable to place my order online hence I requested her again...but was not responding my question properly. Infact she was very rude. Also I request Domino's team and specially store Manager of every store that....you people please hire some more employees , coz of work pressure also they might can treat Domino's customer rudely and badly.

Last but not the least I will choose to go Kalyan to have Pizza Hut pizza but I would never ever going to have...

I m omkar gupta I use to eat pizza of dominos seens I was in 5 std.. I stay in South bombay Today I visit to ulhasanagar for my personal work then I started staving I thought I would like to eat pizza then I visit this place... And as per my experience I had worst pizza ever... Over cooked It is very tangy And the dining place vibe is very noises The staff are very manner less.. And the fight and shouting talking very louder in kitchen.. When I ask Miss. Swati to give me ketchup.. She told me directly NO Without checking And she is in very hurry to go home.. Not taking order properly..

Had a very bad experience at Domino's Ulhasnagar near chopra court. I would like to share my views on it, especially for shift manager Shefali. She is an extremely rude person, she doesn't know how to talk to customers, irrespective of their own mistakes. They knew that her employee has done the mistake but was not ready to accept, rather screaming on us and changing her statements in 2-2 minutes ( paltu ) she can't even stick to her words Anyhow they want to grab money.
