Also, your management and waiting staff consist of young people, they can't be more than 20-22 years of age. Are you trying to say that all of them started working there in 1998? The moment they were born, they started working in your restaurant? Also, the lady who sits at the cash register was downright rude to people. I haven't seen any restaurant manager who yells at customers, yours was the first one. When someone is trying to tell you about an issue, you should learn from it rather than provide 'your kind information' to them. Awful behaviour.
It's a cramped place but that is justified if the food is good but here that wasn't the case. Most of the high reviews are from the past when it might be good. We got to know from a local person that the chef has changed and so has the management, and that has caused a dip in service, food, and general management.
Time runs at glacial pace here as they take their sweet time in delivering things on the table.
