BURGER KING !!! . . So here comes my final review for the newly opened outlet - The burger king at Zsq mall. . . I didn't order anything fancy from their menu but wanted to try the CRISPY BURGER COMBO that retails for ₹62 ( ₹59+₹3 tax) . . The purpose for this order was to compare this CRISPY VEG burger with our favourite Mc'Aloo tikki from MC'donalds . . . . From the closer view of the burger you can see that there was hardly any veggie inside . The patty was crispy as the name says with all those lipsmacking spices but putting veggies would have added more to the taste . . . If you genuinly ask me Mc'd provides you with more ingredients and taste at merely same pricing !! . . But the saddest part is Mc'd is currently closed . . You can definately try it to satisfy your hunger pangs but if you'll check it according to the bench mark set by Mc'd you might get disappointed ! . . . The CHOCOLATE SHAKE tasted homemade . Didn't like it much genuinly . And it costed ₹135 (₹129+₹6 tax) . Also for all those CHICKEN LOVERS out there , they do have a combo for you . You get 2 chicken burgers at ₹80+tax . . . Other than the offer, the place is NOT ECONOMICAL !!! ... So overall an average experience hope this review was helpful . . . . My husband today visited at burger king located at phoenix 🐦‍🔥 mall lucknow srinagar nagar ,

Firstly they denied to take the code saying code is not valid 😡 later they accepted and when he asked to convert coke into coffee asking 98 rs for the same later after raising the query he ask again to pay rs 62 only ,

Order serves in 7 minute ,coffee is cold fries is too salty ,

Refer tray imaged on which manager the my order having ketchup Mark and very unclean and watery ,

When I finished my coffee and burger he go to the counter and said same to available manager he listened and ignored even after seen that customer is came having unclean tray and fries is not eaten due to extra salt ,

My husband left the counter you can verify from your available resources ,

If this type of behavior they are doing it with a share holders believe what type of service and behaviour they are giving it to customer ,

No wonder why Burger King is struggling to gain more customers compared to competitors ,

Need proper justification of this service and what action you guys taken on them ,

*Being a manager he is not try to understand the customer issue and...

Test of chicken burger is not same in morning and evening ,

At morning you will get crispy and fresh chicken burger bur at evening , when you eat , it feels like , you are eating per made chicken burger , which they just put in microwave and give it to you ,

There is no chrispyness in chicken patty at evening time , some time their breads smells ,

Even today 17 sept , I ordered 2 chicken burger and found one of the bun was spoiled ,

When I asked them although they change it , but if I didn't opened it and notices it , then what?, I might be ate a spoiled...
