Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Dishonest Staff & Terrible Service

I’ve had it with the California Burrito outlet at Advant Navis Park, Sector 142. These people are straight-up cheaters. As a regular customer, I’ve noticed a shady practice they keep repeating: they intentionally use their own phone number during billing to earn reward points on my orders. Today, I had to ask three times before they finally agreed to enter my number. If I hadn’t insisted, they wouldn’t have bothered – they never ask customers for their number on purpose so they can steal the points. This is pure dishonesty and completely unethical.

On top of that, they run a “1+1 Taco Offer” but act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you claim it. The tacos come with reduced quantity and poor quality, as if they resent you for using the offer. It’s like they’re saying, “You’re getting it free, so shut up and take it.” Seriously? Is that how you treat your customers?

This branch is giving the entire brand a bad name. Train your staff or start losing your loyal customers – because I, for one, am done with...

We had an office get together there and ordered food based on our Preferences. A few things you will get very fast like Rice Bowl and Burrito. But Tacos or Nachos or Popcorn like stuff will take some time. Drinking Peached Iced Tea is a recommended one. The place is not too big somewhat small. But peaceful, absolutely family and kids friendly. The overall atmosphere and ambience is good. The staff over there are helpful. Service is good. You have limited options not too much but if you want to taste Mexican food and you like Mexican flavours, also somewhat a small space for your own. Recommend. Car parking is available outside and inside (ground level) as well. Ground parking is paid. Limited Desert options are there as well. It's pocket friendly overall, within 1000,for two you can have a good and fulfilling meal. Seating arrangements are good. Neat and clean. Hygiene is maintained....

Place is nice bt food not up to the mark.. black beans were over salty.. and there was no dressing on tacos. Paneer quality was good. staff employees were busy to pack food for delivery.. 4 person at a time were preparing parsals... No one was there to attend walk in customers. I almost Stand at counter about 15 min. Then a person came to take order. When I ordered taco he asked me after 20 min " ma'am.. crispy tacos r not available as of now.. can I make soft one. Crispy will take time".. and we replied no we will wait for the crispy one. Then he make it in few minutes. Bt the taste was worst. I will not recommend this place to any of my near dear.. or the person...
