KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Had the worst experience. So on 2 may I visited and ordered and happen to pay twice once through online and other through cash later as the manager told me that their machine suddenly is not working right after the amount got debited from my account.. so I told him the money has been debited already but he claimed that he didnot received and told me that it will get refunded within2-3 working days.so I trusted him and paid again with cash. Later after4 days I visited the store and couldn’t find the manager and inform the staff about the issue but they told me to have it discuss with the manager instead,so I took his number and called him that I didn’t received my refund but the manager again claimed very confidently that it takes7-10 working days.so I waited again and called him after 18 days this time andimformed that I checked the whole statement of my bank account for this month but I didn’t see the refund. On hearing that he again denied to pay me back and instead told me very casually to visit the store and have food worth my refund amount. So I immediately told him to refund in my bank account but still the audacity of the manager to rebel against saying that the kfc is against the refund policy,so you’ve to come and food only.today mark 21 days and still no refund .i have been a regular customer but sorry not anymore after the most disgusting and utter disappointing experience. ACTION YET TO BE TAKEN@KFC ADVANT Please initiate the refund...

This outlet is pathetic, they are killing the spirit of KFC even aftr lots of interior revamp lately. One side of the outlet is always stinky. Always find staffs running here and there without attaining the customers. Always have excuses of shortage of staff ( already removed the Ad of 7min delivery as they failed always). Now today I heard a new excuse after waiting for 15min that the server is down and they can’t take more orders (8.45pm - 21st Mar) where as the last order ws taken few min back. Really? You let your customers return just bcoz the server down, without feeling sorry for this? If you see the face of these staffs, Seems these guys nt getting salary ( you can feel the difference of service if you go to McD in the same campus). Management should wake up and maintain a standard at this outlet wht you deliver at your outlet at CP or any other part...

Pathetic service!

I ordered 4 drumsticks, 8 wings , fries , 4 spicy drumstucks and a Zinger burger. As a takeaway.

Waited around 15 minutes for the whole ordered to get made which is not the issue.

After which I proceeded to get back to my car and noticed that the Zinger burger is missing.

After which i went back to the store and told them that.

The manager apologised and said that they will give me one burger as a complement.

After which i waited for 5 minutes.

And received one burger that I initially ordered.

Though I couldnt find the burger that they PROMISED to give me as a "complement".

So I asked and the manager and he gave me a spoiled burger that i realised was spoiled at...
