The Blue Danube Cafe & bakery — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I am a regular customer at this cafe. And as usual I got a bunch of items which costed my around 600 rupees.

Let’s talk about hygiene first! None of them (staff) were wearing gloves and they did not even use the tong for my order. I decided to take photos of this. The lady who own this place is very kind so ai thought I will just drop my feedback to her.

Then when I reached home and tasted the donuts, they were not fresh. I recorded the video of the same.

Post all this I decided to email them with pictures and videos- No response from their end.

I then shared the same in DM on Instagram- Again No response.

When I didn’t receive any response from their end, I dropped them a text over WhatApp then after 2 days a guy called. I received the call he said hello and then disconnected the call. He did this a couple of times and then I called him back he disconnected the call. I reverted back to them over WhatsApp again. No response.

I think I will not be going back to this place. They should value their customers feedback and should at least stay true towards their passion for baking.

Update: It’s been over a week I also reached out to the owner, shared the video with her. No response from her end as well.

So i went to this place on diwali. The door was open. I reached a little before 11. Someone was cleaning. They told me the chef will come at 11 am. I sat and waited. Then I ordered a coffee since the cleaner said he can make coffee. The coffee I ordered he said he cannot make its complicated the chef will make it. I waited again. It was 11am no chef came. Then I asked at the counter, the same cleaning boy said that he is on the way. I waited for another fifteen mins. Again i enquired. The cleaner boy called up the chef and said I had been waiting. The chef again said something over the phone. No one turned up for another five mins. Since I had already wasted a lot of my morning here, i left without saying anything. Please don't waste your time going here. The attitude is callous and unprofessional. I went all the way from sector 100 driving 25 mins to reach this place. Pathetic. I do not...

This is small hidden gem near Manish Nagar market with really nice sitting arrangement and decor. They serve authentic Blue Tokai coffee and have many bakery items. We tried two type of cold coffees, doughnuts, chocolate pie and chicken wrap.

Cakes here are freshly prepared everyday. Cakes that sit in the shop for more than 12 hours are available at a heavy discount.

I really loved my coffee and doughnuts (they are huge). I would love to visit them again to spend some lazy afternoon reading books in the cafe.

I picked "chicken soup for soul" to read here because that's the kind of book you can start from anywhere.

Loved the experience, and the decor at the cafe. Everything I saw had a personal touch to it. Entry was queued up by potted plants and coasters were beautiful tiles cut in circular shapes.
