I am a regular Chk Hawain Pizza Buff with Tossini sector 145 Noida Center with reference same pizza in discussion ordered 50 times.

Today ordered yet again a my Fav Chk Hawain Pizza, via Zomato App … which apparently always is Delivered directly by Tossini Sector 145 Outlet themselves. Now over to Horror part of the Story, I received one less slice of the pizza and the pizza box tampered with.

Spoke to the Restaurant Manager & they Key Take away of the Conversation - Frm the very moment the tone of the manager was I don’t care & nor I have time to hear my Horror.

1. Shared the Video I made as the time of delivery, comments came like. Sir isme total 8 slice ji Hain. Jo hum cutter se kat the hain cutter se. Which one can cut any many slices with Different dimension and take the count higher to 62 to to 320 as well.

2. Sir Humare IDhar Kafi Rush hai I can’t talk to you over it.

3. When insisted by me - Manager Sir humare Idhar koi yeh wala pizza nahai khata hai. That’s means we haven’t taken a slice Frm your Pizza today as we are veggie today

4. sir Aap Ko Jo kar na hai kar lo, humare pass kafi Rush hai. They don’t need any retaining Customers that’s what he meant .

Spoke to Zomato & they gave a complete refund, idea is not of refund it’s the How was one dealt, the experience & manager knowledge of Geometry & Dimension of pizza Slice 🍕

Good food and Pizza their combos for 2 are really good. However this place is rather expensive and the service is rather horrible or the people serving you dont know the product really well. Eventually you have to ask them to call their Sr. then the process is smooth. There is another quirk here they take either cash or upi they will not take card which is a new development earlier they used to take cash. The good thing is place is genrally rather empty. because its towards the backside which means not everyone is aware of the place. i Prefer the chair over their sofa and their pasta and pizza...

Tossin pizza 🍕 In my opinion was 'OK'. The ambience was nice and cozy the food was also good it's a nice place to go and spend time with your friends but it was nothing special. Please do not try their pasta everything else was good. Service or delivery guys are unprofessional. They mark your order delivered before actually delivered. Sometimes they miss delivering all the items and you have to call. In my case the person forgot to deliver the cold drink and I have to call him . This happened twice with me . So count all of your items before accepting...
