Domino's Pizza | Charbagh, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This is hands down the worst Domino’s outlet ever. The pizza they gave me was an insult to food – no cheese at all, toppings literally thrown as if someone was blindfolded, and the base was so thick it felt like chewing a rubber mat. The Coke? Warm and disgusting, like soup. When I refused to take such pathetic food, the staff actually forced the product on me. Yes, forced – as if I had no choice.

And after I somehow ate that rubbish just because I had already paid, one of their staff shamelessly had the guts to ask me for a five-star rating. Imagine the audacity – serving trash and then demanding appreciation. Truly disgraceful and shameless behavior.

This outlet has no sense of quality, no respect for customers, and no professionalism. If this is Domino’s standard, then congratulations, you’re competing with garbage vendors, not food chains. Street food has more honesty and better taste than this so-called “Domino’s.”

If you value your money, your respect, or even your stomach – avoid this outlet at all costs. It doesn’t just serve bad food, it serves humiliation...

Yesterday I went to this place and ordered two regular pizzas(I mentioned it properly) but without my consent the billing staff converted it to pan crust pizza to increase the bill amount.I asked for bill she said I will get with my order and paid rs. 280. After sometime I get my order and asked for bill when I look at bill it was rs. 270 then I asked you charged me 280. Then she stared at me and rudely say I given you ketchup and chilli flakes and said keep your ten rupees. I was so shocked at her behaviour. I said no I don't want ten rupees. And it's not about money. It's about the service and consent. I will never visit this outlet again. Worst experience ever. The staff was so rude, increased my bill and also taken 10rs. Extra over bill. If there is charge for chilli flakes and ketchup then add it on...

This was one of those days when you experience a very bad service and food where you usually get the best. Today (29/11/22) the tables were not cleaned, even after saying to clean had to clean it by myself, pizza was made in hurry thus resulting in a very un-presentable, the chicken wings were made in used oil this resulting in very bad oily smell and taste. Today the overall experience was off the mark. Or maybe just this outlet is this haphazard manner with no proper billing system, they told the system was not working so had to order the pizza online but people over there were arguing with the guy that it was a daily affair of not taking order making them order online.
