I had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s Prayagraj today. I’ve tried Domino’s Farmhouse Pizza in several cities including Ludhiana, and I’ve always liked the taste and quality — but this time, it was nowhere near the usual standard.

The pizza I ordered was underbaked and completely lacked flavor. The crust was soggy, the toppings seemed uncooked, and overall, it tasted bland. It felt like it was just rushed out of the oven without proper preparation.

I would like to mention that the lady at the counter was polite and her behavior was very courteous, which I appreciate. However, good customer service can’t make up for poor food quality.

I used to be a huge fan of Domino's. I would go to Domino's every week to eat pizza. Alone or with my family.But nowadays I am noticing that wherever I am eating pizza, I am finding the taste of Domino's very bad. Domino's place Domino's bring increment in your taste. I genuinely with all my heart wish I could give 0 stars to this establishment. Firstly, extremely poor service. Had to wait for an hour almost to place the order while the worker kept requesting us to place the order on the app, but the prices on the app were much higher than that of dine-in. After much back and forth we decide to order a ‘Chicken Pepperoni’, which was followed by another long wait. The wait would be understandable if the food was worth it, but they ended up giving the ‘Chicken Paprika Pizza’, which was extremely repulsive and overly spicy, and not what we wanted.
