New Shamiana The Dhaba — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I went there around 4 days ago. For breakfast i had masala dosa and cold coffee. Honetly the coffee had no ice and was not cold . But thats negligible bcoz the taste was ok. Now onto dosa , the one thing i loved was that they maintained the originality in everything. For exampe, in north indian regions we often see paper thin dosa and watery sambhar but here the food was amazing and original. Dosa was thick and sambhar was thick yet yummy . Dinner me we had dal and a sabji which was again delicious , the stuffed dum aloo were amazing . For dessert we chose gulab jamun which was the highlight for me . If u ever visit this place plz try gulab jamun atleast once. I come from lucknow where we get to see shops like chappan bhog ,radhey and many more but honestly the gulab jamun i had here were unlike the ordinary ones . They were fully cooked,soft and chewy. First come to taste- Taste of manchurian(I have uploaded the picture see it.) was good from what i have eaten in allahabad but dont buy it. Dosa was not that good. Punjabi thali was worst. Now quantity- Manchurian has very very very low quantity. Dosa was large enough. Punjabi thali was medium. Quality and cleanliness- Quality of food and cleanliness was not up to date. Our experience was very disappointing. Service is very very poor. Nobody even cared to serve to take orders after multiple requests.

The guy on the counter is too much in to his own world and smartphone. Dont know how such restaurants keep going and...
