Amritsari Haveli Prayagraj — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

It's a one time visit kind of place. Food here is above average but not that great! I had ordered the Non-veg Thali, sweet lassi and handi chicken. The thali I must say is enough for two people. I loved the kadhai chicken, dal makhani and gulab jamun in their thali. The taste was up to the mark. I would definitely recommend their Thali.Even the Handi chicken was also good 👍. Quantity was also good. I was quite disappointed with their lassi! I would not recommend it. Other than that, service needs improvement! A few of them ( not everyone) were arrogant. We had twice asked for the traditional on table hand wash ( which is their unique attraction!) but it wasn't provided! They just nodded with us but at the end it was...

When I visited it does not matter what the food menu or anything means but the thing which is most precious😍😍 is the best conduct and behaviour with the coustmers🎁🎁🙃🙃 and I am sure that they have fully filled this their hotel staff👍👍 was superb listen and tell about anything which is available at that time or not without any lie otherwise more over many places lie and they are soo sweet😍😍🥳🥳 talking just give feel like we are sitting at our home they are coming to ask again and again☺️😌🙂🙃 if we want anything and serves on our table🥰😘😘😘. I recently dined at your Prayagraj location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food served was cold and of inferior quality, which did not meet my expectations at all. Additionally, the service was very poor. After I raised a complaint about the food, the staff was non-responsive and lethargic, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. Maharaja thali was just a waste of money and misleading hype of Instagram...
