I recently visited this place and had terrible experience. The staff was miserable and the food was not good. What infuriated us, was they were completely IGNORANT. From the very beginning, we kept on telling them, we had a bus, and please take our order only if it would be done in half an hour. Earlier they said yes, but later kept on delaying. We even asked them to pack our food, that too 6 times, due to their late servicing but they didn't and completely ignored us. In the end, we left without eating as our bus was getting late and till the end they didn't Pack and kept on saying, "kardenge. " Additionally, when we went out, the Waiter came running behind me saying Bill ma'am Bill. Of course, we already paid and then walked out. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place!!! Worst experience ever. With three kids, we went to shop Ameenabad for shopping. As kids were hungry, we decided to make them eat something at Madhurima sweets. We ordered french fries, pizza, rasogulla and Gulab jamun. For each order, the waiter made angry face. Anyhow after 20 minutes he brought pizza. I asked for plates, he said angrily, --la rahe hain plate bhi.. Anyway, for bringing sweets too he took 20 minutes.
