Hotel Shimla Inn Lucknow — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Dirty hotel. Rude staff. Very rude. Very hot rooms. When electricity goes and their ancient cooler stops, the room becomes a heat chamber.

Stinking toilet.

They gave a small towel in arrival, and it was wet and used one.

No elevator. Narrow stair case. You'll be tired climbing up and down the second floor.

There is no lobby area for sitting with guests. It's just some narrow passage with shop shutters.

There is no breakfast in this dark place. They get some dry parathas from outside and send to your room.

No room service.

The bed is made of some cheap sponge, your back will pain.

Looking at the ratings, we booked the place for two days. But the moment we entered the place we wanted to cancel.

The Goibibo app failed us. It kept asking us to upload the photo proof. Kept failing.

We called Goibibo dozens of times. No help. The executive kept repeating, "I understand your problem, sir. I am sorry, sir."

We said you can keep the money for one day because we have checked in. But at least return the amount for one day.

The unprofessional looking man at the reception said, "Goibibo has taken your money, only they can return."

Goibibo executive said, "Only hotel can refund."

I booked through agoda but after reaching hotel for check in they informed me that they don't honour online booking. I still asked them to show a room because I had reached early morning by 4:15am and was very tired from the journey. The rooms they showed were really bad that I had to run away really fast. There was no space in room and no ventilation as well. Also only two three room has attached bathroom and it's condition...

If you look at the money, then Hotel Shimla Inn is better than big hotels.There are 200 plus rooms and they are also available so that you will not have to face much problem. Rooms are easily available. And from here Charbagh Kaiserbagh is very close.Aminabad is also at some...
