First I would like to inform its not in civil lines rest the address is right. Now talking about restaurant it is suitabed on GT road you can find easily its not very big but okay. Keep in mind if you are visiting hereso there is no facily of parking at all you need to park your vehicles on road without security so its worst thing about this restriction. Now the food therr is quite expensive if we keep in mind the location and facily. I was quite excited after knowing that Makkhan's are opening in Allahabad as I had heard a lot about them.I visited the place with my family. The ambience and behavior of the staff was very good.The reason why I dislike this restaurant is food. They don't prepare food as oer there name. We ordered soyabean chaap rogan josh, matar masala and butter roties along with a veg double cheese pizza. They served the pizza first and it was very delicious which made us wait eagerly for the other items to arrive. But when we ate rogan josh and matar masala with the first bite we recognized that the taste was purely not upto the mark. It was like we could have eaten such gravy and chaap at any ordinary place then why Makkhan's. The first time I visited this place was some 4 years ago and tried their Masala Dosa without onion and garlic at that time it was amazing but now the taste was really horrible. Second thing about service is that the don't even have a basic etiquette that if we are having our food and using the napkin in between they will come and ask "ma'am aapka ho gaya" like seriously when I will finish eating I will say it myself and when I said yes they take my plate serve me water bowl to wash my hand and my mother too who was still eating her half dosa was still remaining in her plate they serve both of us bowl of water to wash our hands. They don't even know the basic things that when the bowl of water will be given. They just know that they have to give it when, how doesn't matter.
