Coming onto the outdoor section, it’s really scintillating, keeping in mind the windy weather free from the shackles of sun, this will compliment your outing to this place more prominently. The outdoor arrangement has a spacious well maintained and spaced are wherein, you can enjoy all your dishes. The indoor area is also equipped with quite a good furniture which will provide you sure shot comfort.

a. Beer Pong and Foos Ball festival is celebrated every Monday, you would love playing it. These were one of the craziest games we’ve came across, atleast in any café of Lucknow.

AMRITSARI FISH KI TALI(uniqueness was its identity, dope)

CHICKEN OVERLOADED FRIES ( super amazing, loaded with great amount of toppings, on is sure to have developed a craving seeing this)

CHILLI PANEER SAMOSA (the inclusiveness of samosa was tested by replacing the smashed potatoes by chilli paneer…damn tasty!!)

PANEER KHURCHAN MOMO IN GRAVY (it was basically soupy momos, exquisite in taste)

MAIN COURSE

KUKKAR CHICKEN,(Literally served in pressure cooker, perfectly tossed with all flavoursome spices, cooked to perfection. This was slightly less spicy)

SOYA CHAAP MASALA( after Chinese if any one dish has laid it’s existence, then it is for sure soya chaap, mixed with spices, having a creamy textured gravy, loved it)

Molecule is located at the 7th Flood of Riverside Mall. It's an open air and indoor dining with bar and dance floor. It has a large dining area with magnificent ambiance and decoratives like Wall Graffiti Of World War and small replicas of battleship, aeroplanes and different types of blueprints ,which gives it an unique theme. Talking about the ceiling, which is very well designed and decorated. Open air makes it more beautiful as whole Gomti Nagar is visible specially the Ambedkar Park which makes it worth the stay. The staff 'n services are well organized and mannered. Listening to every individual and caring to their needs. This shows how well they are treated. We were here for the new menu launch and the items we tasted here:- All were very appetizing and just damn delicious. Starting from:- 1:- The welcome dish :- Amuse bouche is a bubble of flavours bursting in a mouth. 5/5 2:- Paneer khurchan momos:- Momos were soft served in a thick gravy . Tastes amazing. 4/5 3:- Amritsari tali fish :- Properly cooked in a flavourful crunchy batter. It was Good. 4/5 4:- Chiilli chicken cheese kulcha :- I’m in love with this .Mind blowing dish . 5/5 . 5:-Butter Chicken/ Chilli Paneer Samosa:- Both variants tastes amazing. Though it was a samosa but tastes explicit specially the paneer one 🤘🏼. 6:- Soya chaap masala:- One of the best soya chaap masala for me . It was so well cooked , every flavours are coming out so nicely. Tastes amazing with naan n lachcha paratha both. 7:- Kukkar Chicken:- This dish is served really in a new style . It is served in a pressurised cooker and chef himself presents n garnish it live on your table. 8:- Dark sunday brownie :- It tastes so refreshing with fresh fruits also used in it . 9:- Gulab Jamun Cheese cake:- It was so luscious in taste with a nice taste of Gulab jamun and served with fruit sauce with gives extra flavours to it.

Molecule gives you a complete transformed version of desi with videsi fusion and uses different types of scientific methods for preparing items like liquid nitrogen, dehydration process and much more. This place is not only best for evening n night for drinks and dance but also for lunch n dinner too. From my side all things at molecule is perfect. Completely recommended...

Recent Update - . Molecule, Lucknow is a huge spacious place with indoor as well as outdoor seating areas. Interiors are so beautiful they put lots of efforts in decorating this place with a theme representing the mix of science (chemistry) & food. . This place came up with New lip-smacking dishes as add-on in their menu. Had variety of samosas which were so delicious & stuffed with Chilli Paneer in Veg and Butter Chicken & Chilli Chicken in Non-Veg portion.

The Chicken Loaded Fries & Chilli cheese Chicken Kulchas, these two new dishes are worth trying.

This time we also had Paneer Khurchan Gravy Momos & Banjara special Chicken Curry Momos both are similar & amazing in presentation with soft outer layer & great tasty stuffing inside.

In Maincourse, relished my tastebuds with Home style cooked Kukkad Chicken served in real Cooker & Soya Chaap Masala with laccha Parantha.

For Desserts this place always comes up with Innovative fusion & beautiful presentation and this time I had Gulab-Jamun Cheese Cake (so soft & Yummy) & Chocolate Sundae Icecream with beautiful Presentation. Overall it's a great experience visiting this place again.

Dragon Smoke Peri Peri Popcorn - Emitting smoke. Gunpowder Chicken - my favourite munching snack from this place. Butter Chicken Tart - Very yummy & Crispy. . This all went well with the exotic Mocktails from this place- Cucumber Cooler - refreshing one. & Toasted Coconut . In end had Live Chaat & Live Dessert prepared by the chef on my table - it's Imitation of Ras Malai ; so beautiful appearance wise as well as flavourful with lots of flavours in it.
