Saffron&Spice — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Based on my overwhelming experience at their sweet shop Rama's, i decided to visit their restaurant. Surprisingly it was completely packed with a waiting line which made me think even more positively about them. After a wait of 10 minutes, we were finally seated at a corner table. And that's it , the end of a good experience. Post that everything was way below par and a shame on hospitality.

You have to plead with them to get anything, even a menu and water. We requested to slow down the AC for at least 7-8 times, post which it was somehow managed. The staff manager Mr. Mishra was not even interested nor were the staff. When we started ordering, we were rudely denied most of the things(in spite of the menu having limited options). We thought, they're new maybe that's why there is a lack of availability. But later we came to know that they lied to us and denied the order because the order was going to take time , so to avoid all this they lied and made us order the food which they are comfortable with.

The main manager accepted that they did this because of the heavy crowd. So, to rotate the table fast and make the guest leave early they forgot or I should rather say they killed the hospitality.

I would never and ever walk into this place ever again nor will recommend anyone who respects themselves and wants good hospitality to go to this place ever.

The food was decent, but our overall experience was disappointing. After placing our order, we were left unattended for nearly 30 minutes, and our food took almost an hour to arrive. We understand that the restaurant might have been dealing with a large crowd, but what frustrated us the most was seeing customers who arrived after us being served before us. When we approached the manager for clarification, he simply ignored us, which felt extremely rude.
