The Coffee palette — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Wish i had option to not give even one star , the service and food is not at all what we were expecting and the staff is even bad , owner need to realise that with the staff like this they won’t be able to survive much . First they organise some activities inorder to increase sales because the food is so bad that it cannot bring the customers alone then once they get the customers involved in activities they ask to place orders there only motive is they want to make money and not care about any customer . We spent our time and money because we wanted to do some creative activity ( items made of clay ) first even after ordering foods and spending money the staff kept on giving creepy looks and wanted us to leave without finishing it . We left thinking our stuff will be handled with care and emotions until we come back next . But never imagined the staff threw our things without caring about anything. We went there again and the staff was rude and said you should have taken it back why would we keep trash . Seriously the worst thing one can say . Owner if you are reading this stop playing with customers emotions and money and take care of...

One usually finds cafes and restaurants where both food and ambience are not up to the mark. But here, from superb hospitality, to hygiene, to palatable dishes and signature dishes, to ambience... I must say each and everything is just top notch and epic🙌. Hats off to the owner for providing "FRIENDS" fans in Lucknow with central perk's replica as if it's the real NY one. They have considered even the minutest details and filled the place with warm and friendly vibes. ❤️ They also organise various events and happy hours. When people are provided with such amazing photography area and scrumptious food, where fans get chance of recreating their favourite scenes from the show , excitement level knows no heights. It's a must visit place and highly recommended. Five stars for overall ambience is totally worthwhile. Hangout with your friends soon!! You'll surely gonna enjoy to the fullest. Actually everything over here is really delicious but Monica's Lasagna pasta(red sauce) is a must try!!!...

The name of the Bevrages & food items is also very interesting.... .
