Aryan Gomtinagar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Been to Aryan several times before as it was the only first family chain restaurant started in Lucknow city. The place still surprises me sometimes with good food, hospitality, cleanliness 1 on 1. Saturday I enjoyed the food their as my children like most of the dishes they prepare. Some are good some average but overall you can spend your money at Aryan without a feel of extra paying as you may still find some lovely cuisine over there like Handi chicken, Chicken chilly, Chilly potatoes, my favourite masala lime soda. And there’s always this guy Aman Tiwari who looks after his guest so well and solves small food problems so fast and replace whatever you don’t like is the msp of this place.

Al the way if you people ask me to visit their Hazratganj branch I would better not suggest you to be there-why several reasons. Place very noisy, guest not treated well, there you have to take own dine in orders like a token procedure which with family is not at all comfortable.

Aryan should instruct their staff at Hazratganj to be polite with customers and help if it’s necessary to serve food at any particular table. And that’s what make an eating place worth spending on. But dear AMAN you...

Aryan family delight, gomti nagar lucknow, I would like to tell you that something wrong happened with my friend the swiggy delivery boy yesterday, he picked up an orange juice, after picking it up he went away as if the package was leaking, and you should check the CCTV cam, but your staff did not change it, instead used the wrong one and kept the package as well and tell me do whatever you want to do, tell whoever you want to tell, he is working hard, he did not eat food himself at 10:30 in the night, he if has some money left after placing the order, then he goes home and eats food at 1 o'clock in the night, yesterday he bought juice himself and made payment and delivered it to the customer I didn't know whether this matter is important for you or not but your staff is wrong, whatever he did was wrong, he is not talking about everything, some staff, their wrong behavior is harassing the weak people and people like the delivery boy, I hope you will understand...

First visit to this restaurant after hearing alot from people, google and also in light that they have more than 20 outlets in only Lucknow city.. So thought that this should be a place to visit when you are in lucknow. My experience was not worth to all of the above :( taste average, service too slow, all staff messed up and nothing was organised. Waiting period was long and then food was also not worth waiting that long..

The one dish we ordered for was Paneer butter masala and we were served and billed for paneer makhani. Upon questioning the staff, we were told that these 2 dishes are same. Then we showed up the menu that these are 2 separate dishes but the staff was stubborn and continously argued that though it is separately mentioned but the dish remains the same. Uffff!! Management should really work with their staff to be organised during peak hours.

The one star is for their ambience which was quite good...
