I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding an order I placed from Wat A Burger through your platform. The food delivered was of extremely poor quality, and after consuming it, my family members experienced severe health issues.

This is highly unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality checks on your platform. The food was not just disappointing in taste and quality, but clearly unsafe for consumption.

I request Swiggy to take immediate action by:

Investigating this matter thoroughly with the restaurant.

Ensuring strict quality checks so such incidents do not occur again.

Updating the restaurant’s rating to reflect this issue, so other customers are not put at risk.

Offering appropriate resolution/compensation for the trouble and health problems caused.

Recently visited this new outlet of Wat a Burger in Hazratganj and this place has become one of my favourites. It's a cozy outlet in the heart of the city serving delicious wraps, burgers, fries, shakes and much more. The prices are nominal and the staff is generous. The services are quick. Coming to the food I tried Veg Wabber burger and I seriously became its fan. The patty was juicy and succulent and it's definitely a must try. They have also launched Hot coffee at just Rs. 49. This Whataburger location was a huge letdown. The burger I received looked nothing like the photos — it was flat, messy, and missing half the ingredients. On top of that, the food was stale, smelly, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. To make things worse, they sold me the wrong items, and when I pointed it out, the staff didn’t seem to care at all.

If you expect the quality shown in their ads or photos, don’t come here. This franchise clearly doesn’t take pride in serving fresh or accurate food. Definitely not...
