Aisa kaisa Dosa — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

We went to try their Dosa! While taking the order the waiter said that they don't serve sambhar with the dosa. That was quite disappointing as they should keep atleast one dosa for sambhar lovers...I think they usually keep fusion dosas. I gave up the idea on ordering the dosa so I tried ordering bun samosa...it was around 7 in the evening...I am mentioning time because I was not ordering bun samosa for dinner...but that was also unavailable...it is mentioned in the menu though. This place is new...but they really don't care about clients...as instead of attending us on time...they were busy making insta reels....they really need to think that the person just doesn't go other for ambience only...we go to have a good dining experience. Charming, Wholesome Haven with Delicious Food.🫶🏼 What stood out the most was the serene atmosphere that enveloped the place, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The place marked stood upto my expectations.

The food and drinks were simply divine. Without being much fancy the place gives you a minimalist satisfying and subtle vibe.

The must try item is Dilkhush PizzaDosa, it is worth spending for. I even ordered farmhouse dosapizza, people who like sweetcorn and so would like it. The lemon soda tasted brilliant just like any other lemonsoda would do.🌸

The service and ambience is greatly appreciated. But as a South Indian, I felt the dosa to be very different from authentic south indian dosas. Even the Chutney and Sambhar were tasting so different and have no relation to the original ones! I had ordered a White sauce pasta dosa. White sauce was good. But the dosa was really disappointing. It was hard, not crisp, and tasted very blunt. I would greatly advise the south indian ppl to not visit here if you are looking to have South Indian cuisine. It's just a waste of money!
