🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢 🐢 ⏳ Average usual pizza quality, speed of service is chaotic. Home delivery probably has higher priority. For onsite orders, one has to wait more than 15 minutes. Now, if you want to eat hot Pizza and want to eat more than one, you order your first pizza at 7, which you get around 7.15 at best case or in worst case 7.35 pm. You eat it till 8 pm. Now you order your next Pizza (remember you like eating hot) at 8.05pm, by the time it arrives, 8.35 pm, your already done. Munch it anyhow.
The environment is not typical restaurant type, not very entertaining for someone to wait so long. They don't even recharge Airtel DTH.
Toppings is confusion: 😕 Another issue, this Pizza outlet selling their Deluxe pizza like it's filled with gold stuffing. Truth is the size of pizza is not big enough to justify the cost of stuffings. Cheapest Pizza is 49 and costliest is 235. Same size only topping different. So toppings is costing you 186 ?? Doubts? Check the snapshots. Thickness, cheese filling same.
One might think having toppings is healthy. Actualy amount of topping on deluxe is not sufficient to increasing it's healthiness.
So many options, which one to order: Personally, I found, single topping Pizza (costing 49) is much succulent may be because while baking single topping juice gets caramelizes will and gets absorbed into crust thoroughly, making it more tasty. The deluxe Pizza full of several toppings is just simple confusion of taste.
Let's go by walk, shall we:☦ There is no parking. Yes, typical Indian architecture of cities and bla bla bla. Mixing commercial area with residential bla bla bla, who cares right. Well, it's right on the National Highway, and a very busy and scary NH this is.
Suggestion to hungry kya: Use home delivery option, choose single topping Pizza.
Suggestions to Dominoes: Counter and self service only works, if speed of delivering is fast. Here, the speed is slow and queue is long. Long queue is not because of the quality but because of Indian population.
Stop shouting name for calling / identification of the order, only use numbers for privacy.
Display on-line and on-site numbers separatly, for additional transparency (wait what!), Yes my dear this is India.
Make single topping Pizza your icon. Especially tomatoes Pizza.
Try putting more pickled jalapenos in ginger bread stuffing. Ask for it. It's cheap (650 gm for 185 rupees, check Amazon) and tasty.
2 stars are for tomato Pizza (49 rupees), bigger space to sit than Pizza Hut (Roorkee pizza Hut is even worst than Roorkee Dominoes). And for clean restroom.
Arrange parking, how I don't know, may be let us use underground but it's very steep and scary. Change the...
Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Domino's Pizza, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. After eagerly placing an order through their online platform, I eagerly awaited the delicious meal I had selected. However, what followed was a series of letdowns that left me both hungry and frustrated.
I received an unexpected call from Domino's. To my surprise, they informed me that they were unable to deliver my order, despite having already accepted it through their system. The reason provided was unclear and left me feeling bewildered and inconvenienced.
The sudden refusal to deliver my order was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. As a customer, I expect reliable service, especially from a well-known chain like Domino's. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment left me without dinner and searching for alternatives at the last minute.
This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of Domino's Pizza. I had previously regarded them as a dependable choice for a quick and tasty meal, but this incident has shattered that trust. Moving forward, I'll think twice before considering Domino's for my dining needs, as reliability and customer service are...
Read moreDear Domino's Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. From the service to the food and the overall atmosphere, my experience fell short of expectations.
The service was lacking in attentiveness and promptness, which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Domino's. The flavors seemed off, and the overall presentation was subpar.
Furthermore, the atmosphere at the restaurant left much to be desired. The ambiance did not contribute positively to the dining experience, and it felt like the overall atmosphere could be improved for a more enjoyable visit.
I hope you take this feedback constructively, as I believe there is room for improvement in these aspects. As a longtime customer, I hope future visits will reflect the high standards I associate with the Domino's...
