As a North Indian, I’ll admit—I was super sceptical about eating here. Smoothies in a bowl? With nuts? And no added sugar? Sounded more like punishment than a meal. But oh, how wrong I was. Tried it today and I’m honestly speechless. It was amazing. The flavors, the freshness, the way it filled me up—it was an experience.
And then there’s Nipun ji—what a gem of a human! So warm, so full of joy, his energy is contagious. Just being around him lifts your spirits.
We tried the Mango Dragonfruit Bowl and the Mango Pineapple Bowl. Both were fantastic—refreshing, wholesome, and surprisingly filling. And when you look at the quality of ingredients and the generous amount of nuts and fruits, the price feels like a steal. Honestly, I don’t know how he’s making any profit—but as a customer, it’s an absolute win.
So here’s the deal: Even if you're 99% sceptical and just 1% curious (or fruity), this place deserves that 1%. Just try it once—you’ll be hooked.
P.S. whenever you are here, don't miss...

The heart and soul of this place is Nipun, a person who radiates pure love and positivity in every direction. He doesn’t just make smoothies; he creates an atmosphere that’s vibrant, healthy, and filled with kindness.
As someone who makes smoothies myself, I was genuinely blown away by what I tasted here. But beyond the exceptional taste, there’s something magical about the energy at Gaia. The food is as uplifting as it is nutritious, and you leave feeling like you’ve been touched by something genuinely special. If you’re ever near, do yourself a favor and...
