As a North Indian, I’ll admit—I was super sceptical about eating here. Smoothies in a bowl? With nuts? And no added sugar? Sounded more like punishment than a meal. But oh, how wrong I was. Tried it today and I’m honestly speechless. It was amazing. The flavors, the freshness, the way it filled me up—it was an experience.

And then there’s Nipun ji—what a gem of a human! So warm, so full of joy, his energy is contagious. Just being around him lifts your spirits.

We tried the Mango Dragonfruit Bowl and the Mango Pineapple Bowl. Both were fantastic—refreshing, wholesome, and surprisingly filling. And when you look at the quality of ingredients and the generous amount of nuts and fruits, the price feels like a steal. Honestly, I don’t know how he’s making any profit—but as a customer, it’s an absolute win.

So here’s the deal: Even if you're 99% sceptical and just 1% curious (or fruity), this place deserves that 1%. Just try it once—you’ll be hooked.

P.S. whenever you are here, don't miss...

I recently discovered a little gem called Gaia Smoothie, and let me tell you – it was a transformative experience. The heart and soul of this place is Nipun, a person who radiates pure love and positivity in every direction. He doesn’t just make smoothies; he creates an atmosphere that’s vibrant, healthy, and filled with kindness.

As someone who makes smoothies myself, I was genuinely blown away by what I tasted here. Nipun’s smoothie was among the best I’ve ever had – every sip and spoon felt nourishing, crafted with the perfect balance of seeds, dry fruits, berries and an abundance of fresh, quality ingredients. But beyond the exceptional taste, there’s something magical about the energy at Gaia. The food is as uplifting as it is nutritious, and you leave feeling like you’ve been touched by something genuinely special. If you’re ever near, do yourself a favor and...

Interesting place for breakfast.

Had amazing saatvic smoothies, recommended by a german friend.

Service might be slow as if order is same, they make it together for all so it takes time to prepare a different one.

Strawberry was out of stock so had other smoothies.

Tried 2 items from their menu -

Banana & Dragon Fruit Bowl (pink one)

Banana & Spinach Bowl (green one)

They have two types of Oat meal - Chocolate and Honey.

Toppings of Chia seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pomegranate makes it look wow and tastes even better.

There is no washroom so I went to Punyah Residency opposite to it. The receptionist was kind enough to allow me to use their washroom.

P.S - The guy gives a hug at the end and loves to greet everyone passing by.

Date of Visit - 21st...
